Kimi Raikkonen has announced his return to F1 today with Renault for next season. He left F1 at the end of 2009 to pursue a career in rallying, which was only moderately successful. He was at first going to to return with Williams, but talks fell through.
I'm looking forward to seeing the Finn back, he's a really talented driver (not that it will make much difference when faced with a Red Bull) and Renault have a good car, so I would expect him to get a few podium finishes.
I remember watching Kimi when he was at McClaren-Mercedes with David Coulthard (a long time ago) and he used to be one of my favourite F1 racers. Hopefully he can do well, but as I said, F1 is the most boring sport in the world at the moment as only 1 team is competitive. Red Bull.
