The reason I say he's the best goal getter in the world is simply his stats. He has scored an incredible 156 goals in 162 career appearances, and that is the highest goals per game average over a career I can find of any player still playing. Lionel Messi, Ronaldo, they're all considerably lower.
I think as a consequence of his stats, he is one of the most undervalued players in the world. You might tell the Welsh league is absolute rubbish, but I maintain that he could score a lot of goals elsewhere as well. If a player is top class, the league doesn't matter.
I honestly think the big teams have missed something here. He's had trials at a few clubs, the biggest being Aarau in Switzerland. Somebody should sign him before he retires. I guarantee he won't disappoint!!
