That's right Tottenham, we whooped your big fat arse! Sorry but I just had to say that. Last night's performance, was probably, one on the best I've ever seen from Arsenal. Not really because of the scoreline, but because it was Tottenham!
For once, we can clearly show that we rule North London. And guess what? We did it without Fabregas, Van Persie and god knows who else who is injured. This is quite something. I admit that a few posts ago we would struggle to beat the big teams but I think I'm slowly changing my mind. Tottenham are not the biggest, but they did finish fourth last year. And OK, it was the Carling Cup but nevertheless, it's still quite something.
Another thing to point out is how good Nasri was last night. He got the two penalties and scored them both and was pretty much solely responsible for splitting open the Tottenham defence. And importantly, last night, Fabianski wasn't, yes, wasn't that bad. He did what he had to do and on one occasion made a decent save. He did concede, but the Keane's goal was offside anyway so it shouldn't have counted.
Last point I want to talk about is Harry Redknapp. I hate him so much. Not just because he's the manager of Tottenham but because of his attitude. He's worse than Sam Allardyce (who I actually quite like). According to him Nasri dived, which he clearly didn't and he complained that Arsenal put out a stronger team. Come on Tottenham, you bought tons of people in the summer, for crying out loud play them, you wheeler and dealer Redknapp. But the thing is he hates being called this. When asked if he was one by a Sky reporter Harry had two words for him: "Fuck off." For me, this is hysterical
